Welcome to Light Dental Studios! I found my second family, at Light Dental Studios, while finishing up my dental assistant schooling as a registered dental assistant. I was blessed to be able to do any internship with Light Dental Studios. During my internship, I did not only learn the job duties and basic every day to day things that occur in dentistry but the passion, care, love and respect that happens every day in the office with patients and the employees. I love being able to help our patients with their smile, health and giving them a hug at the end! I am fortunate to be able to work with all our locations and work with wonderful patients, doctors and staff throughout our company! I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, friends, all outdoor activities and sporting events. Look forward to meeting you!

Jaclyn has recently joined the front office team with Light Dental Studios of University Place. After earning her Dental Assisting certification with Clover Park Technical College, she worked for two years as an assistant in a pediatric office before moving to the front desk. She has always had an interest in teeth and believes that a person's smile says the most about them! Jaclyn was drawn to Light Dental Studios not only for their amazing patient care but also for their gratitude to their employees. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her Siberian husky and making art projects with her daughter. She is very grateful to be learning so much with such an amazing team!

Knowing patients are happy and that I am doing my part is what makes me love my job.In my spare time I enjoy taking random adventures, hiking, trying new restaurants, traveling, cooking and spending time with my family and friends. Chiffon graduated from Pima Medical Institute with the hopes of changing lives by helping people love their smile. She started her journey as a Registered Dental Assistant, but it didn't take long to discover her true talent and passion was in the front office. She’s a natural fit for the Light Dental Studios family as she is willing to go above and beyond for each and every patient. She found her home with Light Dental Studios where patients truly are family and each patient gets an individualized experience. Even though months may pass between dental appointments, she enjoys the connection to each person and sharing in the ups and downs of our patients’ or whatever else may be happening in their day to day life. She says she is lucky for the opportunity to be a part of a team bursting with such talent and heart. The individuals that make up this team are truly special.
Chiffon married her high school sweetheart and has three beautiful girls, Emileigh, Madalynn and Allisen. When she’s not in the office, you can find her enjoying the many blessings of life with my family and friends. Chiffon enjoys cooking, movies and dreams of traveling the world one day.

Several years ago, I started filling in at Light Dental studios as other hygienists needed time off. I was immediately impressed with how friend and professional the teams were.In 2014, I was invited to be a part of the regular Friday and Saturday crew in University Place and I jumped on the opportunity. The teamwork, caring and family atmosphere is unparalleled. I am so proud to be a part of this terrific group.
In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband Andrew and our daughters. Kelsey is in college in Australia and Courtney is a senior at Curtis High School.

I am happy to join Light Dental Studios where patients have the benefit of multiple locations with the feel of a small dental family. I hope you'll smile at every visit to see me at the Lacey office. I was born and raised in Tacoma and love living here in the Pacific Northwest! I love our rain, but when the sun it out, so am I! In my spare time I love going on long drives along the water, dancing ballet and I enjoy volunteering at my mom's preschool.

It is so rewarding working with such great staff and knowing that every patient that walks in any of our offices is going to get quality care and treatment while feeling comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I graduated with my associate degree in dental hygiene from Yakima Valley Community College in 2011 and continued on the get my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene at Eastern Washington in 2012. I continue learning throughout the year with continuing education classes to stay up to date on the latest and greatest in the dental field. After working for several dental companies upon graduation from Dental Assisting school, I was excited to find a company I could call home. I could start building my career with amazing co-workers and patients. Light Dental Studios has been that for me and I have already started to build wonderful and life-long relationships with my teammates and patients. Heather is a new graduate and a new member to the Light Dental Studios team! She is a Texas native, YA’LL, who moved to the area a few months ago with her husband to start a new life together. Heather found her love for dentistry during her time in school at the Dental Assistant Training Center, because of the strong influence from the instructors and the bonds she made with her classmates. Additionally, Heather serves in the Army National Guard as a Medical Services Officer. In her spare time Heather enjoys to powerlift and play in a local adult soccer league on the weekends. Her favorite thing about being a dental assistant is being able to go to work every day and provide quality treatment that has a long-lasting impact on the patients.
Lizzie, RDADental Assistant - Member since 2017
Lizzie is a Northern California native who fell in love with the Pacific Northwest before she became a dental assistant. After graduating a dental assisting careers program in Auburn, CA, she drove up to her favorite little town ever (Steilacoom) with her 9 yr old rescue dog Latte, and became a Washington state RDA. Lizzie now lives contentedly in Lakewood, thrilled to be finally settled in the beautiful PNW. When she is not assisting in restorative dentistry and oral surgery at University Place, she reads Keats, writes songs, practices singing backtracks and checking out open mics, and becomes inspired by the creative atmosphere of the Puget Sound-- especially the gorgeous islands. She is delighted to be working for Light Dental Studios, doing what she loves whilst living in a place she loves, constantly learning from dental professionals who act with integrity and honesty. She is looking forward to what the future holds. "Let everything you do be done in love."

Hi, I’m Tanya. Shortly after graduating from Clover Park Technical College, I joined the team here at Light Dental Studios. What People Are Saying
I have never felt so welcomed and relaxed at a dentist office. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. They really make you feel apart of them. They are beyond willing to make sure you are comfortable and always take the time to understand your needs and expectations.
I have never been a fan of dentist they scare me! But from the second I walked in every staff member made me feel welcome and they all made sure my experience was second to none!!! Is it weird im looking forward to going back!
Through the whole process, every one of them continually asked if I was okay and asked if there was anything they could do for me. The procedure didn't hurt a bit, thanks to the doctors listening to their patient. A rare find today. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this office!
Amazing! Had an emergency, walked into their office, BOOM! Instantly taken care of and was provided with some of the best care I have ever experienced. Staff is friendly and genuine and their fun! My teeth will definitely see brighter days with this crew!
I am kind of a fearful patient. They talk to me and treat me like a person explain everything well. They are reassuring, and let me know if I need a break. They manage my fear.
Light Dental seems to be much more efficient, with up to date tools and technology than other places my friends go to. I am happy to find a place that can handle both kids and adults, and make our dental experiences easy, and stress free.
Great place to go to have your dental experience. I'm relocating to another state and I'm considering flying back to the state of Washington to see this dental office for any future work, cleaning or recommendations. I trust this place and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
The doctor and the staff are very courteous and extremely professional. They do everything they can to make me feel comfortable during my appointments.
I am very happy with their services they provide me. I have been to several other dentists but they are the best, I really enjoy my visits in their office.
