Dr. Jordan Collins

Dr. Jordan Collins Dr. Jordan Collins graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania. He served as President to his class all four years of his training and was active in many other student organizations. Since graduation, Dr. Collins has participated in such organizations as the American Dental Association, Washington Dental Society, and the American Dental Education Association. On top of being so active in committees and volunteer activities, Dr. Collins graduated at the top of his class and received the Academy of General Dentistry award. He was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. This society only invites the top 8% of graduating dental students across the nation to join.

Dr. Collins earned his undergraduate degree in General Biology at the University of Washington where he became an avid Dawgs fan. You will often find him wearing Purple and Gold on the Fridays of Husky game weeks in the fall. GO DAWGS! He grew up locally in University Place where he graduated from George R. Curtis High School and where he met his wife, Katie. The high school sweethearts were married the summer of 2007. Dr. Collins is the proud parent of two beautiful daughters – Elliot “Ellie” and Tenley Collins.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending Husky sports events, snow skiing, and mountain climbing. Fun fact: he summited Mt. Rainier with his father and brother in July 2011.

Over the past six plus years, Dr. Collins has established the Light Dental Studios location in Lacey as an important part of the Hawks Prairie community. Light Dental Studios understands that dental care is a very personal journey and finding a new dentist can often be a difficult undertaking. Dr. Collins is looking forward to bringing stability to your dental experience, growing with this community, and developing lasting relationships with patients built on respect, trust, and genuine care. Dr. Collins is the Director of Operations at Light Dental Studios.

Dr. Daniel Skipper

Dr. Daniel Skipper Dr. Daniel Skipper graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2017 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). He was active with multiple service organizations dedicated to providing to community members in need. These organizations included the Shadetree Women’s Clinic, Give Kids a Smile and the Saturday Morning Children’s Clinic. These organizations, partnered with UNLV School of Dental Medicine, provided free dental services to women and children in need.

Dr. Skipper loves to practice dentistry, especially at Light Dental Studios, due to our focus on patients’ needs and desires and the high level of care that each patient receives. It truly is a place where patients can receive first rate comprehensive care.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Skipper enjoys hiking, traveling to new places, road trips, and trying new and interesting foods. He especially enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their french bulldog, Phoebe.

Dr. Jennifer Reynolds

Dr. Jennifer Reynolds Dr. Reynolds grew up in Spanaway, WA and attended Bethel High School, where she graduated within the top 10 students of her class. She did her undergraduate studies at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry and minor in Biology. She graduated with Chemistry Department honors, and honor of Cum Laude. She went on to obtain her degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine, or DMD, from Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in Portland, OR.

Family is very important to Dr. Reynolds. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, especially her high school sweetheart/husband, Jeffery, and their puppy, Wilbur. Her hobbies include riding ATV quads, and going four-wheeling in trucks. In fact, her family has had an annual trip to the sand dunes in Coos Bay, Oregon, every year for over 20 years.

Dr. Reynolds believes that patients should be treated like family. She strives to create a trusting relationship with each and every patient so that they are comfortable in her care. Together with each patient, she finds the treatment that is right for them. Her favorite treatment is education and motivation to provide prevention of infection and disease; thus leading to better health and quality of life for all. She is excited to be part of the wonderful family at Light Dental Studios.

Dr. Rich Opler

Dr. Rich Opler Dr. Richard Opler grew up in Washington and graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. He earned his bachelor’s degree at New York University with a double major in History and Economics. While attending NYU, Dr. Opler served as a 5th grade math and English instructor in a public after school program as well as volunteered at the New York City Rescue Mission. After college, Dr. Opler worked in Seattle developing medical equipment for persons using wheelchairs. He was admitted to the dental school after scoring in the 99.7th percentile on the Dental Admissions Test.

Dr. Opler believes in evidenced based dentistry, where dental treatments should be recommended to patients based upon the most current clinically relevant research. He has worked to further the body of dental knowledge and has been actively involved in dental materials research since 2010. Dr. Opler has had his work with implants and dental cements published in the International Journal Oral Maxillofacial Implants and in the textbook "Cementation in Dental Implantology: An Evidence-Based Guide". In 2016, Dr. Opler was the recipient of an award from the Academy of Dental Materials.

Dr. Opler prides himself in providing quality care to his patients and being active in his community. He volunteers his time to provide free dental services to those experiencing homelessness at the Union Gospel Mission. He enjoys spending his free time mountaineering as well as camping with his wife Laurelle and his dog Chris. Dr. Opler was delighted to join Light Dental Studios in 2016 and is an active member of:

Dr. Bob Gollaher

Dr. Bob Gollaher Dr. Bob G Gollaher is a 1977 graduate of University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry / Physics / Psychology at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. While at University of the Pacific, Dr. Gollaher served as Year Book Editor, Class President and Student Body President. Dr. Gollaher was also honored as the Outstanding Student in Clinical Studies. Plus, he was a proud member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Gollaher proudly served as a Lt. Commander in the US Navy touring Viet Nam for forty-one months as an intelligence officer. He originally practiced in Fresno, California for 30 years and then additionally started practicing in Washington in the early 1990's. Dr. Gollaher became a continuing dental educator in 1979 where he was instrumental in organizing programs of study in orthodontics. He has headed since its inception the Academy of Straight Wire and Functional Orthodontics, an international teaching organization, and has served as the President and Director of Continuing Education. He is also a founding partner in starting the Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine, an internationally recognized dental school in Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Gollaher serves as AIDM Vice-President and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. He also is a visiting Associate Professor at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden where he lectures in orthodontics to the undergraduate and graduate students.

Dr. Gollaher was originally from Lyon, France and moved to California in 1950 where he resided up until 2003. The grandeur and beauty of the Northwest captivated him. At which time he officially moved and became a Washington resident. Dr. Gollaher was a commercial artist for Saks Fifth Avenue in his earlier years and has continued to pursue his artistic love where he still paints, sculpts and draws. While in he was in his studies he had a successful children's cartooning program on PBS called "Uncle Bob's How To Doodle Time". He is the proud father of two daughters and two sons...plus seven grandchildren! They all unfortunately live either in California or Missouri...but...frequent visits keep him active in their lives!

Dr. Gollaher has been with Light Dental Studios in Lakewood and Lacey since 2014. He has throughout his forty year career been energetically enthused about being able to provide and deliver quality dentistry to his patients. Dr. Gollaher truly enjoys the interaction he has with his patients and their families. As a caring and concerned practitioner he has a terrific rapport with not just his patients but also staff. Because of the exceptional excellence and philosophy of his colleagues, Dr. Gollaher proudly considers Light Dental Studios his best dental experience to date!

Dr. Nataliia Garibov

Dr. Nataliia Garibov Dr. Nataliia Garibov is a graduate of University of Washington School of Dentistry. While working on her dental degree she excelled in all areas of general dentistry, participated in community outreach events and worked on research in orofacial pain. Upon graduation Dr. Garibov received awards for excellence in implant dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, oral medicine and special care dentistry. She was also recognized by exemplary service award for serving over 100 hours in underserved communities across Washington state during 4 years of dental training.

Dr. Nataliia Garibov became interested in dentistry when she first came to the United States as an exchange student from Ukraine. She received full mouth make over from local dentists and specialists as a community service and that sparked her strong desire to pay it forward. Prior to moving to Washington to pursue her dental degree Dr. Garibov practiced as a dental hygienist in Michigan for 4 years.

When not in the office Dr. Garibov enjoys spending time with her husband (the other Dr. Garibov) and their daughter Sofia. She also enjoys cooking, crocheting, knitting, hiking and doing crossfit.

Dr. Nataliia Garibov is excited to help you and your family improve and maintain healthy smiles while making your dental visit a breeze. She will become your best friend the day you meet her.
