Selena

Front Office - Member since 2017

Selena has recently joined Light Dental Studios and currently works in the front office. Selena has always had a passion for dentistry and always loved going to the dentist. Even though she is working in the front office right now, she will be enrolling in a Dental assisting program in Spring of 2018 to pursue her career. Selena loves everything about teeth and hopes to be able to help people have more confident smiles one day. Although she has not had any prior dental experience before being hired, Light Dental Studios welcomed her with open arms in order to help her dreams of being in the dental field come true. On Selena’s spare time she likes to spend it with her family, specifically her niece. Light Dental Studios strives to help those who are passionate about dentistry as well as making their employees and patients feel like family.

Brooke

Front Office - Member since 2018

Brooke was born in Florida but has lived in Washington most of her life. She began her journey in the dental field at the front desk but is working towards becoming a dental assistant. She already feels at home and a part of the Light Dental Studios family! She loves how accepting and welcoming everyone has been while learning a new job.

On her off days, you can find her kayaking, going on hikes with her dog Riley, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Gaby

Front Office - Member since 2019

Gabriella has been loving her new life in Washington after her move out West in Febuary of 2018 from Saginaw, Michigan. Light Dental Studios has felt like a home away from home and the friendships she has already built while working as a front office admin will be life long.

Previously, Gaby has worked as an office admin at a periodontal surgeons office and she is working towards becoming a dental hygienist in the near future. Her absolute favorite part of working in dental is the bright smiles of all her patients. When she's not working, Gaby likes to read and write, play with her cat Clementine, work on computers, and hike through the beautiful Pacific North West!

September

Front Office - Member since 2021

September joined the Light Dental Studios team in 2021! Dentistry is nothing new to her, September has been working in the dental field since 2015. She has worked in the dental field as both a receptionist and as an assistant. She is thankful to have experience in both the front of the office and the back of the office as she feels she has a complete understanding of procedures and workflow, giving her the confidence to communicate with patients and their needs effectively.

September was born and raised in northern Idaho and has family all over the state of Washington. She is a current student at the University of Idaho and hopes to graduate with her bachelor’s degree before her husband takes her and her family on the next adventure to their next duty station (wherever that may be). September is a proud Army wife and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is still new to the area but is so excited to be a part of the community and a part of the Light Dental Studios family.

Paxton

Front Office - Member since 2022

Meet Paxton! Paxton was born in Olympia, Washington. She recently joined Light Dental Studios in 2022 and looks forward to furthering herself with the company and seeing what her future holds. She has always had an interest in the dental field and hopes to gain insight into her career path working at Light Dental Studios.

Outside of work, you'll find Paxton with her friends or family, trying a new restaurant, or at the water playing with her dog.

Kristle, RDH

Dental Hygienist - Member since 2020

Kristle had long sought to work alongside others who share a passion for providing exceptional care - not only treating oral conditions but truly caring for the whole individual. She believes that as a hygienist, the quality she provides is not just measured by clinical skills, but also by the relationships built with each patient in order to give the best care. Recently, she discovered that the team she has been seeking was a real opportunity right here in her own backyard, and she is honored to be part of the Light Dental Studios family.

Kristle is a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident and graduated from the Clark College Dental Hygiene program in 2008. She loves getting outside (even on the rainy days) for camping, mountain biking, or just walking her dogs.

Sean, RDH

Dental Hygienist - Member since 2020

Sean Perez was born and raised locally in the beautiful state of Washington. Prior to dental hygiene school, Sean always knew he wanted to dedicate his life to serving others and bettering the health and wellness of his community. His strong conviction for promoting health, empowering patients, and building lasting relationships is what drives Sean in his commitment to dental hygiene.

Sean, along with his wife Mariah, are very involved in their church and sing in the choir. When he’s not cleaning teeth, Sean enjoys hobbies such as art and creating music. Currently, he’s learning to play piano but has played many instruments such as saxophone, trumpet, guitar, and ukulele. Sean is committed to living a life full of joy and laughter and hopes to bring that out in others.

Ariana, RDA

Dental Assistant - Member since 2021

Meet Ariana! She became a member of the Light Dental Studios family in 2021. Ariana is originally from California but is delighted to be planting roots in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She believes that every patient brings an opportunity to provide exceptional care and deliver a memorable experience with light and laughter. Ariana loves to make people smile and finds joy in having a positive impact on her community.

In her free time, Ariana enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, two children and cat. She likes to sing and dance and is obsessed with anything that has to do with baking.

Sydni, RDA

Dental Assistant - Member since 2018

Meet Sydni she recently graduated from Clover Park Technical College, and prior to that, she got her general AA at Pierce College in 2016. Following school, she started her externship at Light Dental Studios and recently joined our family as a dental assistant. While working at light dental studios she has enjoyed forming relationships with her patients and team members. She knew right away this was the right place for her because she believed in helping others becoming better people everyday. Sydni became a dental assistant because she loves to educate patients on how to take care of their teeth, and feel more confident in their smile. We absolutely love Sydni’s energy and enthusiasm for dentistry and for life.

In Sydni’s free time she enjoys hiking, camping and watching movies.

Preethi, RDA

Dental Assistant - Member since 2022

Preethi was raised in Olympia, Washington, and went to the University of Washington in Seattle for her undergraduate degree where she majored in biochemistry and philosophy. She has been a registered dental assistant working primarily in orthodontics since 2019 and hopes to someday become a dentist or an orthodontist. She loves working with Light Dental Studios because of all the opportunities to meet so many kind and enthusiastic people who are just as passionate about dentistry as she is and that are willing to go the extra mile for patients as well as coworkers. In her free time, Preethi loves to lift, run, play tennis, and cook extravagant meals.
