Lauryn joined Light Dental Studios in 2020. Before working at LDS, she was a patient here! After experiencing the utmost comfort, trust, helpfulness and understanding, she wanted to become a part of our team to let others get that same warm welcome feeling she received when you are coming in. Lauryn is keen on trust and building strong one-on-one relationships with patients to get a better understanding of them and their needs. She enjoys working with her team to provide the best and most affordable dental care.
When she is not working, you will find her out exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, spending time with her boyfriend, hiking, doing yoga and eating sushi.

Originally from a small town in Southwest Georgia, Whitney has claimed Washington as her new home as she has migrated with her husband who is active-duty military. Fulfilling a childhood dream is where her passion stems from, and that along with amazing dentist visits as a child is why she loves what she does. Whitney graduated from Albany State University in May of 2019 at the top of her class with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. Though she’s still fresh to the dental scene, she thrives on the opportunity to sharpen her skills and make patients smile, no matter what it takes.
When not in the dental office, you can find Whitney at a piano singing or enjoying the scenery of the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family.

It's always interesting when asked to tell about yourself. Who should know more about you, than YOU. In her 30 something years, Savannah has found that knowing yourself is a ongoing lesson. So far, one thing she's learned is that she have a genuine passion for people and their human experience. She believes that passion has lead her to this career field.
Savannah has been with Light Dental Studios since September of 2018. She studied dental assisting at Clover Park Technical College where she worked part-time as a "peer ambassador" for the Student Leadership and Service Center. Prior to that she worked varying jobs ranging from hardware stores to child care. When she's not in the office assisting, she spends her free time doing different things. Most favorably she enjoys live entertainment. She loves a good concert with one of her favorite artists or even a local band. Either way, she just loves to hear the music and be among other people who enjoy the same. If she's not "fan-girling" out at the nearest concert, she likes to acrylic paint or take a road trip. She love a good meal, especially if it involves some sort of potato dish. Most recently she has chosen to follow her "people passion" outside of work and began volunteering time with a youth group through her church. Her heart is with the youth. Their tenacity and curiosity inspires her.
She is committed to living by a saying she once heard, "Instead of trying to make a better world for our children, let us make better children for the world."

Alora has always had a great interest in dentistry and made the decision to make a career change into the field. She finds her job both personally and professionally fulfilling. Knowing we make a difference in people’s lives every day brings a smile to her face.
In her spare time, Alora is at home with her husband and son. They are slowly building their mini-farm to raise goats and chickens! Family is important and she loves that this job allows flexibility to do all the things she enjoys such as playing soccer, exploring the Pacific Northwest, hikes, kayaking, camping, and even snowboarding at one point!
