Maddie at Puyallup Campus

Front Office - Member since 2018
At a young age Maddie developed a passion to assist those around her and spend time exploring the outdoors. Growing up in a small town on Mt. Hood she learned how important community is and the definition is more than just helping your neighbor. She spent many hours dirt biking, hiking, and rafting however, when she started volleyball she learned how much she appreciated being on a team! Being apart of Light Dental Studios has given her more than just a career, it has allowed her to grow, learn and become apart of something bigger. A team that believes that dentistry is more than just promoting oral health.

She has been a dental assistant since 2013 and graduated from Concorde Career College as an honor student. After being a stay-at-home mom for five years, she was ready to return back into the dental field. She has always wanted to help boost peoples' confidence with their smile and being in the dental field gives her that opportunity. She’s excited to be working with a great company, to grow, and to one day become a dental hygienist. When Cassandra is not at the office you can find her spending time with her son, husband, and friends.

Tera, RDA

Dental Assistant - Member Since 2023
Tera was born and raised along the coast in western Washington. She graduated from Hoquiam High School in 2008. After high school she did nursing school prerequisites at Grays Harbor Community College and received her certification as a nursing assistant. She dedicated most of her time since caring for children and working hard to help build a life for her family. Starting a new career in the dental field not only feels right, but also feels like she's found a home with Light Dental Studios. The amazing people she gets to work alongside and getting to help provide outstanding care to her patients has been an amazing experience for her.

With over 15 years' experience working with the public, she learned how far a warm welcome and friendly smile goes into making someone's day a little brighter. Her number one priority is that every patient is calm, comfortable, and smiling while in her chair.

Being a PNW girl at heart you will most likely catch her rain or shine clam digging on the beach, hiking a trail, paddling her kayak or in the middle of nowhere on a gravel bar along the river.
