Dr. Kyle Sang Yoon Chung
Dr. Kyle is passionate about modern dentistry and committed to lifelong learning. In one year, he completed over 120 Continuing Education (CE) credits across the U.S., far exceeding the national average of 20 credits for general dentists (Washington State requires 21 credits for license renewal). As a general dentist, Dr. Kyle is certified in wisdom tooth extraction through the JW Method by Dr. Jared Williams.

He is pursuing a fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), training under Dr. Jin Kim in advanced procedures like PRF, sinus lifts, and immediate implant placement. Dr. Kyle is also certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) in Botox, dermal fillers, and TMJ therapy, broadening his expertise in both therapeutic and cosmetic treatments. In winter 2024, he received the Most Patient Reviews Recognition at Light Dental Studios, reflecting his exceptional patient satisfaction. Known for his surgical skills, he often receives referrals for complex extractions. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, where he was recognized as a top clinical performer. During his time there, he founded and led the school's first Aesthetic Dentistry Club.

Born in South Korea and raised in New Zealand by a South African family, Dr. Kyle moved to the U.S. alone at 14. His multicultural background shapes his empathetic, inclusive approach to patient care. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kyle is a published author. His first book, Loving Without Love, became a best-seller in South Korea in 2021. His second book, Baguette, will be released in 2025. A former K-1 tank driver sergeant, Dr. Kyle also dedicates his time to church mission trips, serving under-served communities.
