Central Academy of Dental Assisting
Light Dental Studios's Central Academy of Dental Assisting is a program designed to prepare students to function competently in entry-level positions in a dental office setting. We teach students the skills necessary to find employment in the dental industry.
If you are ready to start your career as a dental assistant, this program may be the perfect fit. We offer multi-disciplinary courses and hands-on learning modules as we strive to support your entire educational journey.
The mission of the Central Academy of Dental Assisting is to provide an excellent environment for understanding the fundamental communication skills necessary to provide care to the dental patient and to develop fundamental clinical assisting, radiology, and laboratory skills. Students will learn to practice and implement OSHA/WISHA compliant infection control procedures. We will also prepare students the skills necessary to find employment in the dental industry.
What Makes Us Stand Apart
Central Academy of Dental Assisting is a different kind of dental assisting school. Where other programs are strictly by the book, CADA is focused on hands-on, problem-based learning. We're an externship, not an internship; we're dedicated to propelling you into the next stage of your career with our accelerated, mentor-guided four-week program. We have access to all the latest technology, and we want you to use it--even before you're fully licensed! Being staunch believers of kinesthetic learning, we want you to get your hands dirty and even rub elbows with industry veterans. For your part, all we ask is that you come to class with a positive attitude, a heart for altruism, and a willingness to engage in teamwork. Do that, and the rest will fall into place.
