Dr. Jonathan Lara

Dr. Jonathan Lara was born and raised in Harlingen, a close-knit community in South Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi before pursuing his passion for dentistry at the University of Southern California, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. 

 

While at USC, Dr. Lara was deeply involved in community service and outreach. He volunteered at the Union Rescue Mission Shelter and contributed to the Special Patient Clinic, where he provided compassionate care to patients with diverse and unique dental needs. He also participated in a mobile prevention van program, delivering dental care and education to elementary school children across the community. In addition, he completed an externship in Simi Valley, working with underserved populations to help bridge the gap in access to quality dental care.

Dr. Lara is dedicated to creating a welcoming, respectful environment for his patients. He is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care, making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of those he serves. Now based in Washington state, Dr. Lara enjoys spending his free time exploring the outdoors with his wife and young son. Together, they regularly set out to experience the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
